The project conversion of offices which stood empty for a few years, was turned into an HMO in the centre of Leicester.
Work carried out by Bass Electrical included:
Fully designed and installed
All electrics including:
Emergency lights
Fire alarm
Intercom door entry system
Ventilation systems and duct work
All communal lighting are on sensors for energy saving (this means that if no one is in the corridors, the lights stay off).
